A member of Transwestern’s TA+WS leadership team in Atlanta, Peyton helps local, regional and national clients optimize their real estate through lease structuring, capital markets and financial advisory services.

Through a consultative approach that begins with deeply understanding his clients’ business, operational goals, and cultural requirements, Peyton strategically advises companies from Fortune 500 to emerging growth organizations in acquisitions and dispositions, sale-leasebacks, lease restructuring and associated financial analysis.

Peyton brings more than 20 years of unmatched experience in a wide array of commercial real estate services to service his client list that includes Chicken Salad Chick, BVT, Crawford Media, North GA Conference of the UMC, United Methodist Children’s Home, Nationwide Insurance, Northwestern Mutual, Vesta Corporation and Sterling Payments. Peyton is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree from Terry College of Business. He is a member of the Buckhead Lions Club, ACRB, ACRB Million Dollar Club and a recipient of the Phoenix Award.
 

His advocacy

Born and raised in Atlanta, Peyton is an active member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, where he has served on numerous committees and held several board positions. He is also on the Board of Trustees for ACPK District of North Georgia United Methodist Church.  

 

His interests

When he’s not golfing, you’ll find Peyton coaching youth sports, a passion he has pursued for the past 10 years.
