With a background in development and over 35 years of brokerage experience, Bradley has expertise on virtually every type of commercial real estate transaction and evaluation. This gives his clients unique insights as to their options for a real estate plan and custom solutions for optimizing business operations and boosting profits.

My Story

Bradley manages the TA+WS team in Atlanta and is Transwestern’s Broker-of-Record for the Southeast. He assists corporate clients with real estate strategy development and implementation and serves as an integral part of improving, enhancing and advancing Transwestern’s platform.

Over the past four decades, Bradley has delivered creative real estate solutions to high-profile companies in Atlanta and nationally, including The Atlanta Regional Commission, BellSouth (AT&T), Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors, CoStar Group, Invest Atlanta and WebMD. He graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s in building science. He is a member of the ACBR, CoreNet, ULI, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He has been named a Top Brokerage Producer for multiple years and a Phoenix Award Winner for 15 years of Million Dollar Club production.

His advocacy

Bradley serves on Cobb County YMCA’s Board of Advisors and volunteers with Covenant House Georgia, including participating in the organization’s annual Sleep Out to End Youth Homelessness initiative.

His interests

Originally from Alabama, Bradley and his family have made Atlanta their home for more than 30 years. He spends his free time with them on the water, wakeboarding, paddleboarding, kayaking and skiing.
