Merritt specializes in tenant advisory and workplace solutions. He is a dedicated associate on our growing Atlanta team and focuses on helping tenants in all sectors to find the perfect solution.

Merritt combines career experiences in both residential and commercial real estate to provide his clients with the most up-to-date information and lead his clients to success. His expertise includes all aspects of developing buyer and seller leads through peer and professional networking, executing property listings and acquisitions for investment portfolios, and leading clients through all steps and negotiations of the buying and leasing process.

 

His credentials

Merritt brings 6 years into the real estate world since 2017 where he interned at a national REIT, focusing on cold calling 500+ retail tenants for the leasing reps on the team. After his internship, he became a business owner with his father and started a residential redevelopment business in Decatur. Following up on becoming a business owner, Merritt worked at Dorsey Alston Realtors selling residential real estate.

His advocacy

Born and raised in Atlanta, Merritt is an active member of Christ Covenant church. He is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). 

 

His interests

When he's not becoming the world's most average golfer, you'll find Merritt playing basketball or going to Little Rey with his wife every Wednesday.
